CV SUMMARY: 

Sara Napier is a lawyer at Taits Legal, working across our Warrnambool and Terang offices.

Originally from Camperdown and Terang, Sara is a Terang College graduate with strong ties to the local community. Before entering the legal profession, she gained extensive experience across the government, hospitality, transport, and IT sectors, including managing businesses in both hospitality and IT.

While working full-time in local government and later in IT, Sara completed her management, IT and legal studies and was admitted to practice in September 2024.

Sara primarily practises in Commercial Law and Estate Planning and Administration. Her broad professional background enables her to deliver practical, personalised advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

In the commercial space, Sara assists clients with a range of matters including retail leases, licence agreements, business sales and purchases, and planning agreements. Her hands-on industry experience gives her a practical perspective when helping clients navigate legal and regulatory requirements.

Sara also assists clients with estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and succession planning, as well as probate, letters of administration, and the administration and distribution of deceased estates.

Sara has previously been a committee member of Cooinda Terang Inc, the Noorat Show, Rock the Clock Festival, Terang and District Process Association and other community organisations.

Outside of work Sara is a Geelong Football Club member, and enjoys walks with her Border Colline Maggie.
